Q. What permit to carry instruction does Monticello Sportsmen Club provide?
A. MSC offers high quality, low cost MN Permit to Carry instruction that is fully approved by the state and taught by several highly experienced NRA trainers who are active handgun shooters. The course costs $100 (subject to change). You have the option to purchase the NRA handbooks for future reference. Class size is kept small and multiple instructors are there to assure a solid learning experience for novice and experienced shooters.
We provide certificate of completion of our training course, which included roughly 8 hours of classroom training and a live fire skill test.
